This website and all services offered through it are operated by Marissa Fontana LLC ("Marissa," "I," "me"). By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase services.
Consultations offered through Marissa Fontana LLC are astrology sessions intended for entertainment, personal growth, and self-reflection. They are not and should not be understood as therapy, counseling, medical advice, psychiatric care, financial advice, or any form of licensed professional service. Marissa is not a licensed mental health professional, therapist, or medical provider. Nothing discussed in a consultation should be taken as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed provider or crisis service.
All prospective clients must submit an application before booking. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Marissa reserves the right to decline any application for any reason, and is not obligated to disclose the reason for a declined application.You must be at least 18 years of age to apply or book a consultation.
Once your application is approved, you will receive a link to pay and schedule your consultation. Payment is due at the time of booking. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice, though any price change will not affect sessions already booked. Session bundles (4-session and 8-session packages) expire after 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable. They are for use by the purchasing client only.
You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without communication, will not be refunded or credited. Marissa reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness or emergency and will make every reasonable effort to offer a new time promptly.
New client consultations are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Session bundles are non-refundable, including unused sessions. By purchasing a bundle, you are committing to the full package. Bundles expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited after expiration.
Marissa treats the contents of our sessions as confidential. We will not share your personal information, birth details, or anything discussed in our sessions with any third party without your explicit consent.There are two exceptions: (1) if Marissa believes you are at imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, she she may take steps she believes are appropriate, which could include contacting emergency services; (2) Marissa may use anonymized and non-identifiable details from your session work together in written content (blog posts, newsletter, educational material) without disclosing your identity. If you prefer that no part of your work be referenced in any form, please let Marissa know.
All sessions are recorded and transcribed. The recording is provided to you so that you have a copy of your session. The transcription is used by me to prepare comprehensive meeting notes, which Marissa will share with you as a follow-up to your discussion.
Recordings and transcriptions are stored securely and are not shared publicly. Marissa may reference anonymized, non-identifiable details from your session in written content, as outlined in Section 7. If you do not wish to be recorded, please let Marissa know before your session to discuss alternatives. You may not record sessions independently without Marissa’s consent.
Marissa Fontana LLC provides consultations on an "as is" basis. I make no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or changes from this work. By booking a session, you acknowledge that any decisions you make during or after working with Marissa are your own, and Marissa is not liable for the consequences of those decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marissa Fontana LLC's total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session or bundle giving rise to the claim.
